Rates for Individuals
• $160 per 55-minute session
• $240 for initial 90-minute session.
Rates for Couples
• $200 per 75-minute session
• $265 for initial 90-minute session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the
following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits for an out-of-network therapist?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- How much will I be reimbursed per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Payment is due when services are rendered. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
I am not in-network with any insurance companies or programs and do not receive payment from them with the exception of clients that are CenCal members. I will file your claims directly with your insurance company or provide you with a Super bill. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly based upon your plan details.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified me at least 24 hours in advance ,
you will be required to pay the full cost of the session prior to your next
appointment.
